B&B Spring stands on the Monte Malbe hill, in the green of a holm oak wood: from here the view sweeps over Perugia, the Tiber Valley and, on the horizon, the limestone massif of the Sibillini Mountains.
It is the right place to unwind after a business trip, for a family holiday or as a base to discover the art cities of central Italy: Assisi, Gubbio, Norcia, Foligno, Trevi, Orvieto, Cascia, Deruta, Spello and Spoleto are an easy drive away, Rome is 155 km away.
We are surrounded by the quiet of the Umbrian countryside and, on request, we arrange a shuttle service to and from the railway stations for our guests.

Wooden beams, wrought-iron beds, lamps lit in the evening and a bathroom with shower: a homely atmosphere, cared for the way we like it. In the room you will find air conditioning, minibar, safe and Wi-Fi.

Family-run, the owner is a very friendly and kind gentleman, he even let us use their private pool! Clean room, very good home-style breakfast!
